This process saves energy and power because in this process only wet denims required unlike other processes there lot of water, man power, energy consume . Ozone machine used for ozone wash. It uses oxygen gas and makes ozone gas for the process.

Ozone wash process:
Ozone machine converts the oxygen gas into ozone gaswashed denims pushed in the ozone machine and run the machine
After some time , the garments is checked whether it makes with the desired effect or not
